Initial Intake
It all begins with a 60 minute detailed intake with your provider, reviewing an extensive health and wellness questionnaire. We will discuss your symptoms, past and present, your current state of health or disorder, and your provider will make recommendations for advanced functional medicine laboratory testing as well as appropriate supplementation when necessary.
Coaching
You will receive 1:1 individualized health and wellness coaching from your provider with a high quality, high touch healthcare regimen best targeted to meet your medical needs. You will utilize a select coaching app and tracker and will have 24/7 access to your provider via a HIPAA complaint platform (responses within 24 hours)
Nutritional Supplementation
Based on your specific health and wellness needs, you will receive an individualized supplementation protocol. You will have VIP access to a 15% off discount from a top quality professional grade nutritional supplement company that meets FDA regulation and is based in the United States.
Advanced Functional Medicine Labs
Your provider will work with you to determine which advanced functional medicine lab will give the greatest insight into the root cause of your current condition and assist with ordering those for you. You will have access to a 15% off lab discount for any additional advanced labs ordered.
