Initial Consultation
An extended case review including a deep dive into your personal health history. We will identify potential root causes of your symptoms as well as barriers to health and wellness. You may receive recommendations for advanced functional medicine labs or suggestions for supplementation. This does not include the cost of advanced functional laboratory testing or individualized protocols.

A 3 month, 1:1 concierge program for highly motivated clients including individualized protocols to address your specific health and wellness needs, unique supplementation regimens, customized nutritional plan and exercise recommendations, and one advanced functional medicine lab panel. (Other labs available at additional cost)
We will meet via Zoom for one 60 minute in depth Initial Intake with detailed questionnaire review, a 90 minute Report of Findings, and 4 30 minute follow up sessions (Total of 2 visits per month for 3 months).
